We are pleased to accommodate returns within 30 days provided the product has not been used and in the same original packaging that you received it. A photo of the product will be requested before the returns process starts. A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment once the return is approved.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs and Curled Lashes will not be responsible for lost returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item was damaged in the shipping process or defective please send us a few pictures within 3 days of receiving and we will arrange another to be shipped. Simply email email@example.com with your order number and the email used for your order along with photos of any damages or defects.
Non Returnable Items
All Curled Lashes products are considered hygiene products, therefore do not allow opened or used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
