All Curled Lashes products are considered hygiene products, therefore do not allow opened or used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. 

If your item was damaged in the shipping process or defective please send us a few pictures within 3 days of receiving and we will arrange another to be shipped. Simply email hello@curledlashes.com with your order number and the email used for your order along with photos of any damages or defects.  

Yes, the Lash Lift Kit contains everything you need for Brow Lamination. Please ensure you complete a patch test 24 hours prior to the treatment.

Yes, you can tint your eyelashes after using our kit. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours after using the kit.

Please find below instructions on performing a Lash Lift. Top Tip: Remember to perform the application on one eye before the other!

Our lift pads are labelled S, M, M1, M2, L denoting the final curling angle.

Once your lashes are lifted using our kit, the effects can last for up to 6-8 weeks or until your lashes grow out and the hair follicle returns back to its original curl and colour.

A Brow Lamination can also last 6-8 weeks!

The lift works by bending your natural eyelash over a curved silicone pad while a perming solution is applied. The curve of the silicone pad provides a natural lift from the base to the tip of the eyelash. 

The simple, pain free 3 step process only takes under 30 minutes to apply and the instructions are included on the back of the box. This is a lot quicker than going to a salon where the procedure can take an hour. This can be performed from the comfort of your home and can be done by yourself. 

A Brow Lamination treatment typically takes 30 minutes.

Note: Contact lenses must be removed during the procedure.

Our kit is a no maintenance treatment. You can perform the lift or brow lamination again after 6-8 weeks! 

Yes, mascara can be worn although it's best to avoid it for the first 24 hours following the lash lift. 

Absolutely! However, it's best to avoid water for the first 12 hours following the application on your lashes and / or brows.

Our kit is safe, irritant free and has been tested and graded according to safety standards. However, if you have sensitive skin or are prone to reactions, we recommend carrying out a patch test 24 hours before use. 

If you have a reaction to the kit whilst using it on your lashes, flush the whole eye area with running water and consult with a medical professional immediately.

Apply all 4 solutions and lash adhesive to either the inside of your elbow, inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Leave for 10 minutes, then wipe off. Wait for at least 24 hours. Check for a skin reaction. If skin irritation occurs, do not continue with use of this kit and seek medical attention.

No. When using the products correctly and with care, the product should never touch the skin and is safe to use on natural lashes and brows.

Each kit includes an average of 12 treatments, that's over a year of stunning lifted lashes and daring brows! 

All of our products have a shelf life of 6 months after opening. Products that are unopened have a shelf life of 12 months.

Wait 30 seconds for the eyelash adhesive to get tacky before placing the pad on your eyelid, then hold in place for a further 30 seconds to ensure the pad is secure.

To stick your lashes, apply the adhesive then wait 30 seconds before lifting your lashes on to the pad. Apply more adhesive if needed until they are all stuck down.

Only apply a line of Perm and Fix lotions along the lower half of your lashes (lash root area). If you apply it over your entire lashes they will become unstuck.

If you find the pads are becoming unstuck because they are too big or long, you can cut the ends of the pads so they fit your eyelid.
